A brand comes to us
Most of our work starts inbound. A founder has a product in mind, a retailer has asked for something their current supplier cannot make, or an existing line needs a second source because the current factory has stopped performing.
We scope it properly
Format, volume, target landed cost, flavor and pack count, and the date it has to be on a shelf. Five answers. Get those wrong and a factory comes back with questions instead of a number, which is where a week disappears.
We match it to the right manufacturer
We hold the manufacturer relationships. We know who actually runs which format, what their real minimums are rather than their published ones, how fast they quote, how they handle a sample request, and whether they pay attention to a 2,000 unit order or only to a 200,000 unit one.
We manage it to delivery
Quote, samples, spec sign off, purchase order, production, documentation and freight. You have one point of contact who already knows the project, rather than an email address at a factory with forty other jobs on the floor.

The practical bits.
Does it cost anything to send a brief?
No. Sending a brief and getting a quote through us costs you nothing.
Who do I pay, you or the factory?
That is agreed up front in writing for each project. Either way you will know exactly what you are paying, to whom, and for what, before anything is ordered.
Will I know who makes my product?
Yes. You meet the manufacturer once the project is real, at the brief, sample or purchase order stage, and from that point you can vet them yourself.
Why not just go direct to a manufacturer?
You can. The cost is time and risk. Most brands find out a manufacturer cannot hold their spec, their minimum or their date only after a deposit. We have already done that qualification, and we stay accountable for the outcome.
How fast will I hear back?
We aim to come back on a scoped brief within two business days with a recommended route, and our manufacturing partners commit to quotes within 48 hours and samples within five business days.
Do you work with first time brands?
Yes. Stock formulas with low minimums exist precisely so a new brand can get into market without a five figure first commitment.
Can you help with packaging, labels and ingredients?
Yes. Product development, pack format, ingredient panels, label work and bulk ingredient sourcing are all part of what we do, alongside manufacturing placement.
